It was a pretty full night of programming on the major networks last night with all of the Wednesday night dramas airing new episodes, which included the debut of a new FOX drama as well as the return of nearly a handful of shows.

Here is how all those Wednesday night dramas fared in the overnight ratings:

8 PM Shows:
Shots Fired (FOX) [DEBUT] – 4.7 million
Blindspot (NBC) [NEW – Return] – 4.3 million
Arrow (The CW) [NEW] – 1.4 million

9 PM Shows:
Empire (FOX) [NEW – Return] – 7.9 million
Criminal Minds (CBS) [NEW] – 7.4 million
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC) [NEW – Return] – 5 million
The 100 (The CW) [NEW] – 903,000 viewers

10 PM Shows:
Chicago P.D. (NBC) [NEW – Return] – 6.3 million
Designated Survivor (ABC) [NEW] – 5.2 million
Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (CBS) [NEW] – 4.8 million

The ratings system seems to be on schedule as the Friday ratings were available this morning. There were only a handful of new episodes of the Friday dramas mainly due to March Madness reigning supreme on TV.
